Lise Vollenweider-Andresen

Lise Vollenweider-Andresen, Sociologist, is a Research Engineer.
She is the Teaching Secretary for the master 2 Human sciences and society, specialisation in Sociology, research specialty : Migrations, cities, social dynamics, at Nice Sophia-Antipolis University.

Research fields

- Student migrations : studies on the change in the presence of foreign students in French higher education ; sociological characteristics, living conditions and becoming students.

- Racism and discrimination at work :

  • participation in the European program Unions, Immigration and Ethnic Minorities in Europe (OSIME) in partnership with the ISERES/CGT (ESF funding 1998/1999)
  • Participation in the FASILD program on identifying discrimination in accessing work by higher education graduates from immigrant backgrounds.
